SCREENPRINTING MESH 

We supply high quality polyester and polyamid mesh SAATI in wide range of densities from 6.5 to 200 fibers /cm, breadth and thickness of the fibers winding;   special mesh for printing of ceramics and electronics subjects. Tkaniny pokovené, jednostranně kalandrované a tkaniny pro vysoké hodnoty napnutí. Veškeré zbarvené tkaniny mají speciální antistatickou úpravu.

 

SCREENPRINTING MESH SAATIPRINT 

 

Saatilene HIBOND 

They belong to a group of monofilament polyester meshes. Although the surface of fabric before coating by photosensitive layer must be modified, the mesh is already prepared to coating. No chemicals for degreasing or other agents are not necessary. HIBOND has an extremely high durability even in unusual printing conditions due to the nature of printed materials and colours used. They are delivered in a density from 43 to 200 fibers/cm.

Hitech Saatilene polyester mesh and Satilon polyamide mesh   These high quality screen printing meshes are available in a wide range of densities from 6.5 to 200 fibers / cm in different thickness of fibers which correspond to the earlier designation S, T, and HD. The structure of the fabrics is formed in a plain weave and fabrics from a density of 100 fibers / cm can be ordered in crepe weave. Unilateral calendered colour or colourless fabrics are available from a density of 140 fibers / cm. The Hitech mesh can be stretched up to 28 N/cm.

Screen printing mesh Metalester 

 

Nickel plated polyester meshes. They have a high abrasion resistance and an excellent electrical and thermal conductivity. They are suitable for printing with thermoplastic inks and printing on glass and ceramics and available in densities from 43 to 200 fibres/cm.
